Mapping everything is working out reasonably well (I think).  There are are two mysterious IC's we don't know (all the numbers have been scratched of the IC's, most of them we have been able to identify but those two...).  We have an idea of what they do though.

The Idea

First we want to get the marquee to function normally. Once that is done, we would like to add a second way of controlling all the leds... allowing us to turn the marquee into tetris.

Current Status

I might be me, but I think this has somewhat died (Koert)

So far things are not going as planned. Things inside the marquee do not look like what they should look like. We can send "orders" to it. There is a little led that flashes when we do so, so we know at least "something" arrives at the marquee, but that's about it.

So we switched to plan B: We're trying to work out how everything is connected to everything in the marquee. Once we have figured that out, we want to try to replace the current controls with an arduino. Mapping everything is working out reasonably well (I think). There are are two mysterious IC's we don't know (all the numbers have been scratched of the IC's, most of them we have been able to identify but those two...). We have an idea of what they do though.
