The Idea

First we want to get the marquee to function normally. Once that is done, we would like to add a second way of controlling all the leds... allowing us to turn the marquee into tetris.

Current Status

So far things are not going as planned. Things inside the marquee do not look like what they should look like. We can send "orders" to it. There is a little led that flashes when we do so, so we know at least "something" arrives at the marquee, but that's about it.

So we switched to plan B: We're trying to work out how everything is connected to everything in the marquee. Once we have figured that out, we want to try to replace the current controls with an arduino.
