A camera lifted in the air with an anchored balloon.
*helium has lifting power of 1,115 kg per m³ so a small weatherbaloon should do the trick.
**A balloon with a diameter of 1 meter has 523 Liters of volume X 1,115 = 583 grams lift
**A balloon with a diameter of 1.2 meter has 904 Liters volume = 1008 Grams of lift
**1,8 meter diameter is over 3 kg of lifting power

**because our balloon will be on a fixed hight we can over inflate it, (Weather balloons expand when they go higher, hence the saftymargine.)
