when & where

Saturday 22nd of January at Voidwarranties

the workshops starts at 14:00

what

This workshop will teach people how to sew LEDs down with conductive thread, to add some lights to their clothing. This is a great way to learn the basics of parallel/series circuits, polarity, resistance, hand-sewing, etc. Your space will be left with a decent quantity of conductive thread afterwards as well, which can be used for pretty much anything.

Example design: Flex resistor jacket dance

fee

This will be free for hackerspace members (0x20,hsb,void) except for material costs... all others are requested to make a 5 euro contribution to the space hosting the event (for those actively participating). Details on material cost will follow soon.
